Alumni Weekend: the Dean and David Brooks

It was a great one-two punch. On Friday, my Dean on the presidential race. On Saturday, David Brooks on nearly everything, including the presidential race. He had lots of best lines, but the best of the best lines was on the choice of VP running mate: Obama needs to pick an old, white man, preferably a general. Dwight Eisenhower would be perfect. McCain needs to pick someone younger than him, like Dwight Eisenhower.
