Signor Pizzigallo’s Pizza

Miss S. has really been leading the charge on the Cosa Nostra cooking front, and was determined to make Signor Pizzigallo's Pizza, even though we were both pretty lethargic at the end of the day on Sunday. It was hard not to embellish--to just make the recipe as written (what, no garlic?) but it was terrific.
